GUIDELINES

  001.    PRIVACY & SELECTIVENESS. First and foremost, I am a private and selective blog of somewhat low activity. Selective does not mean judgemental, however, and I tend to give most other blogs an honest shot. That being said, I have the right to refuse interaction for any reason, so please be respectful of that.  002.    MUTUALS. Sometimes I'll post things with the caveat that they're for mutuals only! Please respect that if you aren't a mutual. If you are a mutual or you'd like to become one, you can always ask for my Discord and I'll usually be more than willing to hand it over to chat off-site :D I love plotting shit in DMs, it's the best way for me to develop the friendships I make over Tumblr RP :3  003.    SHIPPING. The usual, really: no incest, no self-ship, I'm not really into shipping with OCs but if you have one and you want to develop their relationship with Ceroba I'm more than willing to chat about it!! That being said I'm not all that interested in shipping, though I might be open to romantic Chujin and Ceroba threads set pre-canon. I have an exclusive Starlo to ship with, so please don't ask about that. Non-shipping threads with him are still open to the public though :]  004.    ASK MEMES. Ask memes are always open. Feel free to browse the ask meme tag and send literally anything in. I will take it no matter how old. Because of this though I might not always get to them all. STILL SEND 'EM IN I LOVE THEM!!  005.    DOUBLES & OTHER FANDOMS. I won't thread with doubles, and I likely won't follow them, either--it's a me thing, I get a little self-conscious, haha. If you're a multimuse that writes Ceroba, though, alongside other UTDR muses, I don't mind that! As for other fandoms, I probably won't write them unless your muse has an UTDR verse. That being said, this might change! Who knows.  006.   NO AI. This means exactly what it says on the tin. I don't use AI, and I expect my writing partners not to use it either. What's the point in this hobby if you're just making a machine do it for you?  007.   18+ / NSFW RULE. I personally am not interested in writing smut! That being said, there may be suggestive themes, and I'm more than alright with NSFW content in regards to violence. Due to this, I prefer to keep my blog to those eighteen or older, as I myself am in my twenties.  008.   RULE PASSWORDS. I'll try to send these in if I see them, but I have a very poor memory and I might not always remember. Rest assured, I always read a blog's rules before following!! Also I don't have a rule password but feel free to let me know you read these however you want I suppose. Up to you. Have fun with it :]

  HEYA.   WELCOME TO (ONE) OF MY BLOGS. I'm Virgil, I use he/they pronouns, and I've been writing on and off Tumblr for about 9-10 years now! I've written in a number of fandoms including Critical Role and The Owl House. I've always really loved Undertale and Deltarune, and so Undertale Yellow was a delight to play for me, as it really captured the feeling of the original Undertale but brought in something so new!!And of course I love my tragic women. CEROBA KETSUKANE

  DEVOTED. DECISIVE. DETERMINED.   All words that have been used to describe Ceroba Ketsukane. A devoted wife and mother. A decisive woman who knows what she wants. A determined widow and warrior in the name of justice. Her story is sharp and tragic, but it starts rather soft. It starts in the outskirts of the Dunes, far north of Oasis Valley, in a small village on the road that would one day disappear into dust and dirt. Garden Hill wasn't known for much more than the few families that called it home, the Kajihana family included. Ceroba Kajihana was born to parents Minzi and Koroto, and her early years were ones of simplicity. Every day she would travel to Little Valley for school, and at the end of each day she would return home to help with the chores around the house. Her mother the only doctor for miles, her father an expert woodworker, Ceroba did not live in discomfort--but she did not live in luxury, either. Her parents demanded a simple life for themselves, and one for her, too.Around the age of eight, miners to the southwest began to uncover something amazing. Something that her parents were excited about--so Ceroba was excited, too. On a trip to the mountaintop to view the large, glittering swelterstone that was being uncovered, her family met another--a group of farmers from further east. Among their children was a monster Ceroba's age: Starlo. The two became fast friends, and from that day on, would meet each other in Little Valley to run around and adventure every day.Once the stone was fully uncovered, however, things began to change. Starlo's family began to struggle as crops began to have a harder and harder time surviving. Grass began to brown and die. Water began to dry up. Ceroba's parents were determined to remain in the Dunes, even as many packed their things and left. Tragedy struck, however, when Koroto fell ill, and eventually passed away--leaving Minzi alone to raise their child.As the year wore on, Minzi couldn't stand the empty house, and moved her and Ceroba to the mountains, closer to Starlo's family and a bit closer to the now-renamed Oasis Valley.It is on a fateful trip to Oasis Valley at the age of fourteen that Ceroba's life changes forever.She meets Chujin, and... well, we all know the story from here. The two are married in spring, when the blossoms in the mountains are in bloom. Ceroba takes his last name, and the two build a home and a life together. They bring a daughter into the world, and Ceroba dedicates herself to Kanako, to raising this little girl and loving her as best she knows how.Then, of course, everything goes wrong.

  LOVE DON'T KNOW HOW TO REST.      —  Canon, True Pacifist. 
Following the events of Undertale Yellow to completion as seen in the True Pacifist route. This could also be used for threads that take place in the Flawed Pacifist route before Ceroba's death. Primarily meant for threads that take place during the course of the game or prior to the events of Undertale.


  THE HEART IS JUST A MUSCLE.      —  Canon, Neutral. 
Similar to the True Pacifist verse, this verse follows Undertale Yellow to completion as seen in the Neutral Route. It is used for any Neutral run, including those that are a result of an aborted Vengeance Route. Primarily meant for threads that take place during the course of the game or prior to the events of Undertale.


  CHOKE ON THE DUST THAT FILLS THE AIR.      —  Canon, Vengeance. 
Much like its sibling verses, this verse follows the events of Undertale Yellow as seen in the Vengeance Route... up until Ceroba's untimely demise.


  I THINK I MIGHT LEARN TO LINGER.      —  Post-Canon, UTY True Pacifist & Undertale True Pacifist. 
A true post-post-canon verse, set in the afterwards of the True Pacifist Route for both Undertale Yellow and Undertale. Unless otherwise specified, Clover is assumed to remain deceased, and Ceroba unable to reconnect with Kanako after her daughter's absorption into Endogeny. Alternate takes on Kanako are more than welcome!


  MINE IS TIRED, MINE STILL ACHES.      —  AU, Deltarune. 
In a whole new universe, Ceroba remains a widow--but she also remains a mother. Kanako is alive, and Ceroba works hard to support her daughter here in Hometown, working as a hairdresser. Kanako is generally assumed to be Kris and Susie's age.
